Adron Allen Sanders, 79 of Springfield, Illinois passed away at 5:49 pm on Friday, June 19, 2020, at Memorial Hospital, in Springfield, Illinois.

Adron was born on May 24, 1941, in Clinton, Illinois, the son of William G. and Bernadine Aleene (Lane) Sanders. He attended school in Clinton and graduated from Clinton High School, in 1959. He then joined the U.S. Air Force until 1963 and later decided to rejoin the military going into the Illinois National Guard in 1979. He received an Honorable discharge in 1983.

Adron was a restaurateur at Mt. Auburn Café. He then decided to travel with a band and play music, followed by a liking for computer work and becoming a computer technician for many years. He found most of his enjoyment working on computers, building websites and talking on his ham radio (KC9UVC).

Preceding him in death were his parents and his sister, Donna Jean Sparks Sanders.

He is survived by one brother, Harold (Dorothy) Sanders of Lincoln, Illinois; four sons Michael (Norma Bentley) Sanders, Shannon (Josiane Jacobs) Sanders of Heyworth, Illinois, Nathan Sanders of Florida and Keneth (Jill) Sanders of Springfield, Illinois; one daughter, Jenifer (Charles) Lane of Springfield, Illinois, ten grandchildren, Alexandria, Olivia, Kaleb, Madison, Zaine, Carissa, Natalie, Chelsey, Aveary, and Alexus; and one great-grandson, Rylan.
