Bobbi Rae Lowe, Age 37, passed away on April 12, 2023 at her home in Springfield, IL surrounded by family. Bobbi was born in Springfield on November 29, 1985 to Pammy Sue McGee and William (Charlene) Lowe Sr., both of Springfield. She attended school in Rochester, IL. She enjoyed working for St. John's Hospital, not staying in one place because she wanted to move around helping others. While residing in Florida, she was a dedicated Administrator for a private brain injury company. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister and friend who loved to help others.

Bobbi was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Leah. She is survived by her children, Elijah Kusturin of Springfield and Malachi and Zion Kusturin of Peoria. Her siblings, William (Ashley) Lowe Jr. of Springfield, Dawn Lowe of Bloomington, Jason (Karina) McGee of Sherman, Scott (Lynn) Winders of Waverly, Austin Lowe of Springfield and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, April 16, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Rochester Christian Church, 325 South Walnut Street in Rochester, IL. Pastor Brad Ferris officiating. Bobbi's abiding love, her cheerfulness and her enthusiasm will be deeply missed by her family
