Cindy was a devoted homemaker who previously worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at various nursing homes throughout the area. She had a lifelong passion for helping others and a warm, loving heart that touched the lives of those around her. Her caring nature, kindness, and willingness to lend a helping hand were a reflection of the beautiful person she was.
In her free time, Cindy enjoyed cooking, working in the yard, and tending to her plants and flowers. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially spending time with her family and her beloved dog, Hazel. Above all, Cindy cherished the people she loved and the memories they shared. Her love, warmth, and caring spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Cindy is survived by her life partner, Phillip Werner; her five children, Christopher Rowell, Diana Weatherford, Johnathan (Stephanie) Werner, Carlton Werner, and Joshua Werner; her brother, Michael (Tracy) Rowell; and her beloved grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth and Amelia Rowell, Lyndi and Raelynn Weatherford, Carter, Talia, and Mia Werner, Camryn and Annabella Werner, and Rowan Terrell. She also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory.
Cindy was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Pamela Perrone and Janet Rowell; and her infant child, John David.
In accordance with Cindy’s wishes, cremation will be accorded, and no services will be held.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has offered love, kindness, and support during this incredibly difficult time. Your compassion and thoughtfulness have brought comfort to the family as they navigate this loss. Though Cindy will be deeply missed, the family finds peace and comfort in knowing that she is finally at peace with her Lord and Savior.
In lieu of flowers or memorials, the family asks that none be sent.
Cindy’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. Though she may no longer be here in person, the love she gave, the lives she touched, and the memories she created will remain forever.
