Frank lived in both Springfield and Decatur, Illinois as an adult and has been a legal resident of Belize since 1995.

He is preceded in death by both his father, mother and brother, Larry Reatherford of Decatur, IL. Frank is survived by daughters Julie Tull and Hannah Conn(Amanda), sister, Donna Mathias of Sherman, IL, 3 grandchildren; Fawn Ames of Springfield, IL as well as twins, Jayden and Paxton Conn of Daytona Beach, Fl, former wives, Diana Tull of Springfield and Clare Rehman(Ralph) of Virginia, IL, nieces, Chrissy Pryor, Stacey Taylor and nephews, Scott Queen and Ken Reatherford and their children.

Frank was adopted into the Umana family in Belize and they are grieving my father along with their extended family and his friends he loved in Belize. They played an integral role in helping facilitate his departure from Belize. Special thanks to the US Embassy in Belmopan and the doctors and attendants at Western Regional Hospital in Belmopan, Belize as well as the doctors, nurses and staff who provided compassionate care for Frank in his last days at Memorial Medical Center.

Frank was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 metastatic cancer in the hospital in Belmopan, Belize. He was determined to get back to the US for treatment unavailable to him in Belize Arriving back with his daughter, Julie on August 19th, he was admitted to Memorial Medical Center for further diagnostic tests, pain management, treatment options and care. His cancer was sadly advanced and although he fought as long and as hard as he could, he was too weak and ill for treatment. He got to visit and reconnect with friends and family here and was surrounded by love and support until the end.
