SPRINGFIELD - James C. Rush, 71, was called home Friday, October 20, 2023.
He was born August 23, 1952 to Doris J. Rush.
He is survived by his daughter, Nikia; son, James; many grandchildren; brother, Michael; sister, Lisa; nephews, Devon and Desmond; and many great-nephews, great-nieces, cousins and great-cousins.
James was funny, kind, sweet, and strong. He came up with some of the best one-liners and metaphors; if you know, you know!
Repass will be held at 1850 MLK Springfield, Illinois on November 4, from 1 PM to 3:30 PM.
