Jerry E Woodson, 57, passed away on Friday, February 7th at his home.

In Heaven he will be reunited with his mother and father, Lela and Herbert Moscardelli, as well as his beloved sister, Billie Lee.

Jerry is survived by his children, Jennifer, Taylor, Wayne, Jeri, Alexa, Alexis and Cayhley. He is also survived by several grandkids. Jerry leaves behind 3 siblings, Tammy, David and Jenny. Jerry will be missed dearly by several nieces and nephews, life-long friends, and multiple kids he considered his "adopted kids".

Jerry was a flooring installer for most of his life. He has installed flooring from one side of the country to the other, always taking great pride in his work.

Jerry had a "larger than life" personality. If he was present at any gathering, he was likely the center of attention. His confidence and humor were always on full display. He loved living life to the fullest and made no apologies for it.

When he wasn't working you could likely find him somewhere fishing. This was his favorite pastime. He would "throw a rod" anywhere he thought he could catch a fish.

He was also an avid NASCAR fan.  He had a large collection of NASCAR memorabilia and was always willing to show it off.

Above everything else, was Jerry's love for his kids and grandkids.  He was fiercely dedicated to being the best dad and Paw Paw that he could be. Being a "girl dad" came before anything else in his life.

There will be a private cremation for immediate family. A Celebration Of Life is planned on March 1, 2025 at Coghlan's Hideout in Bulpitt, IL., so that all who loved him can celebrate his amazing life, legacy and memory.
