Kenneth R. Danner, Sr., 75, of Mason City, passed away on January 3, 2025 at Memorial Hospital with his sons by his side.

Celebration of life will be at a later date.

Kenneth was born in Macomb, IL to Merlin and Mary Danner on September 7, 1949.  He went to school at VIT High School in Table Grove, IL.  He worked as a truck driver for most of his life.  He served in the Navy but was never deployed to war. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, and enjoyed archery.

Kenneth is preceded in death by his wife, parents, grandparents, one granddaughter and one son.

Kenneth is survived by his sister, Deborah Spires; brothers, Doyle Danner and Michael Danner; sons, Kenneth R. Danner, Jr. of Kentucky, Aaron Danner of Kentucky, Johannes Hjalti Danner of Iceland, Alan Johnson of Illinois, and Merlin Danner and grandchildren.
