Marvin Cassens, 64, of Springfield, Illinois, passed away on February 1, 2025.

Marvin was born on September 1, 1960, in Springfield, IL. He was the son of Alan Cassens & Ruth Williams. He is preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Kimberly Cassens.

He is survived by his two children, Jennifer Jordan (Jeff) of Athens, IL and Jamey Cassens; two grandchildren, Brittany Jordan of Washington, IL and Jayce Cassens of Oklahoma; one sister, Monica Rosan of Springfield, IL; one brother, Terry Cassens of Springfield, IL; the mother of his children, Shelly Cassens of Greenview, IL; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Cremation rites have been accorded.
