The family of Marybeth Zietz is deeply saddened to announce her passing on October 11, 2026. Born on March 12, 1941, in Rochester, Illinois. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband and best pal, Bode.

Marybeth lived a full and remarkable life. She touched the hearts of everyone she met. She loved making people laugh with her sharp wit, and she always had a mischievous grin on her face. She was an active member of Rochester Christian Church and a longtime friend of Bill W’s.

She will be lovingly remembered by her four children, Cyndi Siebert (Ron) of Montgomery, Texas; Ken Fuiten (Janet) of Springfield, Illinois; Bill Fuiten (Leilani) of Forestville, California; and Katrina Horn of Decatur, Illinois. Marybeth leaves behind 15 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters, BJ Fleischli and Deb Russell (Bill) and a host of cherished friends.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date in Rochester, Illinois.
