Patricia Logue-Tillman(64), lovingly known as Pat, passed away at Carlinville Rehabilitation Center in Carlinville, Illinois on February 27, 2026.

She was born on May 19, 1961, in Decatur, the daughter of Myrle and Marge Wilcott.

Pat was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.

She is survived by her two daughters, Alicia Hargrove (Marti Flowers) and Heather Toedt (Bobby Smith), both of Decatur; her mother, Marge Wilcott of Decatur; her sister, Lynna Hadley (Howard) of Alabama; and her cherished grandchildren, Shianne Keith, Carter Matthews, Xzavier Hargrove, Jayden Toedt, Mariyah Freeman, Maliyah Flowers, and Makiryah Flowers. She was also blessed with one great-grandson, with family connections in Decatur and Louisville.

She is further survived by her niece, Michelle Montenegro (Luis) of California; her nephew, Howard Hadley Jr. (Brina) of Alabama; and their children, along with many extended family members and dear friends.

Pat was known for her kindness, strong work ethic, and unwavering dedication to her family and friends. She truly never met a stranger and would help anyone in need, whether she knew them or not. She also had a special love for her "Natty Pack," which brought her much joy.

She spent many years working in the community she loved. Through her work, Pat built lasting friendships and earned the respect of many.

In honor of Pat, a Celebration of Life will be held May 16, 2026, at Fairview Park at 1pm, Family and friends are invited to gather, share memories, and celebrate the love and light she brought into the world.

Patricia will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her generous heart, her strength, and the countless lives she touched!

Final arrangements were handled by Premier Cremation Services in Springfield, IL.
