VIRDEN – Patrick Henry Scroggins, Jr., 63, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2024, at Springfield Memorial Hospital.

He was born November 16, 1960 in Springfield to Patrick H. and Martha A. (Glass) Scroggins, Sr.  He was preceded in death by his father; and maternal grandmother, Wilma Glass.

He is survived by his mother, Martha Plummer (Robert); sister, Donna Bender (Richard); 2 brothers, William Standage (Melissa) and Daniel Standage; 4 nieces, 1 nephew; 8 great-nieces; and 3 great-nephews.

As per his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and a Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date.
