SPRINGFIELD – Rebecca "Becky" Marie Willman-Jannesse joined the Lord on September 3, 2024.

She was born August 27, 1947, in Greenville, Illinois to Louie E. and Frances (Braun) Willman.  She accepted Christ at an early age in the Southern Baptist Church in Pocahontas, Illinois.  She married Jackie Killgrove on April 9, 1966 and divorced in 1972. She then married Robert Jannesse on June 30, 1995 and they divorced in 2001.

Becky attended Bond County Unit #2 High School in Greenville, Illinois.  After graduation, she moved to Springfield, Illinois where she has lived her entire adult life.  Becky worked 24 years for the State of Illinois. After her employment with the State of Illinois, Becky went to work for the City of Springfield's Economic Development-Housing Division, and spent 26 years in the office. She also had various part-time jobs over the years with the last one being a manager at Miss Kimmee's on Durkin Drive. In her younger years, Becky enjoyed riding her motorcycle. She also enjoyed playing Bingo at Caritas Hall.

She was preceded in death by her parents, as well as her two former husbands.

Becky is survived by her sister, Marsha Stewart of Blythe, CA; brothers, Lou Willman, Marc Willman and Mike Willman, all of Springfield, Illinois.

Becky has requested that no funeral services be held. Cremation rites have been accorded. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
