SPRINGFIELD, IL - Sharon L. Coyle, 78, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2020, at Memorial Medical Center.

She was born May 20, 1941, to William and Abigail (Robins) Coyle. She was preceded in death by her father, William Coyle; mother, Abigail Huddleston; step-father, John Huddleston; step-mother, Peggy Coyle; daughter, Abbie Christine Evangelista; grandson, Anthony Johnson; brothers, James Coyle, Jim Coyle, William "Buddy" Coyle,  Maynard "Goat" Coyle and Bob Huddleston; and sisters, Nancy Coyle and Betty Coyle.

Sharon retired from Hope School. She loved spending time with her family and her great grandchildren. She loved going to church and enjoyed bingo, arts and crafts, watching shows, such as soaps and Criminal Minds, and scary shows as well. She enjoyed playing cards-penny ante. She loved to sew and crochet blankets.

She is survived by her children, John Evangelista, Johanna Guzzie and Russell Evangelista; grandchildren, MonDell Johnson, Sean Johnson, Angela Griffitts, Ashley Evangelista, Rebecca Evangelista, Justin Evangelista, Brain Evangelista andTabatha Evangelista; great-grandchildren, Emily Johnson, Gracie Johnson, MonDell Johnson, Hunter Johnson, Holden Johnson, Kiara Dunlvey, Christopher Dunlvey, Sean Johnson, Jr., Jocelyn Johnson and Ryleigh Johnson; brother, John Huddleston; sister, Patty Coyle; and many nieces and nephews.
